Boxing Day Blizzard 2010

Adrian left a foot and a half or so of snow, this view looking east from Calf Pasture beach a dawn later.

Winter's here, the basement's empty, and thoughts turn to making a boat.

The Petrel is definitely my favorite for a day paddle: light, quick, maneuverable.  It's a lot of fun in rougher waters and surf, catches waves easily and responds quickly.
